If you’re looking for experience, you’ve found it – we have thirty years of hosting experience.  When our first client came on line in 1978, it was over a 4,800 baud leased phone line - which was “high speed” at the time!  Today hundreds of clients across the country access their information on our system securely using a variety of methods, including dedicated circuits and internet connectivity.

We accept responsibility for the IT functions of our clients, allowing them to concentrate their time and energy on the business they know best — their own!  Our clients may opt to have exclusive use of an IBM System I™ (AS/400) in our data center, but generally we take advantage of the power and scalability of the system and process multiple clients on one computer.  This adds to the inherent “economies of scale” of outsourcing.

Our clients own the equipment in their offices, while we address their processing and data communication needs.  Our data center operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Our redundant server, nightly backups, offsite storage, and disaster recovery contract with IBM Business Recovery Services provide our clients with the peace of mind that their information will be available when they need it.

In some cases, our clients have software they are happy with, so we simply install it on our computer. More often, however, frustrations with their existing software have provided the catalyst for exploring change.  In these instances, they may look to us to enhance their system, find other packaged software or allow us to develop and integrate custom applications to the accounting packages we have.  These include General Ledger and Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Human Resources, and Fixed Assets Management.  Training on these packages, provided by our accounting staff, gets our new clients off to a great start.
