TeamMize Takes On the #RaiseLove Challenge for Ronald McDonald House Charities

Ashley Barmann and Andrew Spikes, CPA challenge the Mize team to raise love for Ronald McDonald House Charities.

A quick photo, taken while attending the McDonald’s Worldwide Convention in April, turned into a summer-long series of fundraising efforts, fueled by the generous employees of #TeamMize.

Mize team members were inspired to embrace something they love to do and turn it into a fundraising effort for Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC). In the current campaign, RMHC strives to raise the funds necessary to provide 12,500 more overnight stays for families so they can stay together when a child needs hospital care.

Some team members baked, some gardened, others crafted and a few team members ran…A LOT. With these efforts, #TeamMize raised $8,000 in our summer #RaiseLove challenge. The funds were donated to the Northeast Kansas (in Topeka) and Kansas City Ronald McDonald House Charities through their websites. Mize Houser also contributed another $1,000 to increase the total raised to $9,000!

Thank you to everyone who contributed to our effort to #RaiseLove for the families who rely on RMHC.
