Audit Shareholder

After joining the Mize Houser team in 1989, James became shareholder in the audit department in 2002. His work includes reviewing compiled financial statements, providing certified audits and other attest services, tax planning and preparation, and consulting on complex issues such as buy-sell agreements, succession planning and more.

James has been very active in the Topeka community and has served on numerous not-for-profit boards throughout his tenure at Mize Houser.

James enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, as well as any type of outdoor activity. He cheers on the Jayhawks and Royals, attending many games as a season ticket holder for both teams.
